Project Details

A state-of-the-art poultry farms are developed, which spreads over an extensive area of land. The farms are armed with advanced machines, technology and instruments that are necessary for hassle-free farming. The farms are always maintained clean and hygienic, that assures good health of the birds. Apart from this, teams of dexterous professionals are appointed to properly manage these farms, those ensure complete hygienic environment inside the farms. A special team of qualified medical experts qualified from respective institutions is responsible for checking hens and ensure good bio-security to protect birds from diseases and to manage flock as per international standards. It assures that the finished product is in tandem with national and international quality norms & food standards. The experts work in close harmonization with the patrons to know their demands and requirements in a better way. Owing to our transparency in business dealings, sound poultry farming and timely delivery of consignments, we have been able to muster a huge clientele for ourselves across the markets of all the provinces of PAKSITAN.
Optimum quality feed and water are provided by poultry experts to the chickens for their proper growth and health. Moreover, the hens are very healthy and are acknowledged in the market for their high productive performance and quality eggs free from disease causing microorganisms. The offered eggs are free from diseases, meeting with international standards that ensure safety, during consumption.
FACCO and GURES layer cage systems are installed at farms, as they are well known all over the world for SOLID and HYGIENIC performance, these are hot galvanized, waterproof, anti-acid, corrosion free, guaranteed life span with the highest standards of insulations even in the most extreme climatic conditions.
Bio-security is the best method of avoiding disease and key to success. A good bio-security program identifies and controls the most likely ways a disease could enter the farm. So the human and equipment movement onto the farm is strictly controlled. Only those Visitors which are essential for their operations are only allowed. All visitors and workers entered at a central location. Anyone having been on another poultry facility within 1 week is not to be permitted access to farm.
Are the vehicles which are allowed to enter inside the boundaries of sheds should thoroughly washed and dipped in disinfectant to remove any contamination regarding biosecurity risk.
Clean boots, clothing, and head cover are provided for everyone working or visiting the farm. Clean footbaths containing disinfectant are placed outside the entries. We avoid using outside crews or equipment for vaccination, moving, and beak treatment. At farms workers are be limited to a single house.
The removal of old hens from the farm is a time when disease can be introduced. The trucks and crews used to transport old hens have often been on other farms. A plan is developed every time when there is a need to minimize the biosecurity risk during times outside crews or equipment are needed for vaccination, moving pullets, and beak trimming.
We rear single-aged birds using the all-in/all-out principle. This prevents the transmission of disease from older flocks to younger, susceptible flocks. House is designed to prevent exposure of the flock to wild birds. Quickly and properly dispose of dead birds is ensured. Rodents control programs are done on regular basis to avoid the disease risk. Cleaning and disinfection of the house between flocks serves to reduce the infection pressure for a new incoming flock. The house is cleaned from organic matter by high pressure spraying with warm water containing a detergent and disinfectant. We allow time for the detergent to soak. After drying, the house is disinfected or fumigated and allowed to dry again before repopulating with birds. Heating the house during washing improves the removal of organic matter. We allow a minimum of 3 weeks downtime between flocks. Monitoring of poultry houses for the presence of Salmonella and Mycoplasma is done on regular basis by swab testing.

Ventilation Programs:

During warm weather, the role of ventilation is to remove the extra heat of birds body to maintain the comfortable indoor temperature. The amount of ventilation used for temperature control (typically 3.7 to 5.6 m³/hour per kilogram of body weight or 1.0 to 1.5 ft³/minute per pound of body weight). Uniform distribution of the ventilation is to avoid dead zones or cold spots throughout the house is as important as providing sufficient ventilation capacity. Uniform air distribution is attained by proper placement and operation of the barn air inlets and use of proper building static pressure.

Lighting Programs:

Egg production is very closely related to the changes in day length. Body weight gain during grow, egg numbers, egg size, livability, and total profitability can be favorably influenced by a proper lighting program. We provide light stimulation when the target body weight is reached, usually around 17 to 19 weeks of age. The appropriate target body weight depends in part on the variety of hen and in part the desired egg size. Stimulation at a relatively early age or low body weight will result in production of a greater number of eggs with a lower average egg size, which will negatively impact chick quality. Stimulation at an older age or a heavier body weight will produce a few less eggs, but of greater average. The FACCO and GURES poultry professionals design lighting systems that perfectly match the needs the day old chicken and hens, adapted to the different living conditions worldwide, because they know very well that lighting plays a critical role in bird development and behavior, and can be a significant cost in the operation egg size.

Feeding Programs:

The quality and quantity of feed with method of feeding has got major contribution in the environment component, controlling the productive performance. This feed accounts for 65 – 70% expenditure in production of poultry. Hence, here at MORAL EXPORTERS LLP we give special attention towards feed quality. We provide balanced and quality feed that is accepted after laboratory testing only if it is free from bacterial contamination and anti-nutritional factor. We provide the exact quantity of feed as per recommendation because both under and over feeding which leads to depletion of body reserves and excessive fat deposition respectively is harmful in the form of drop in egg production or stunted growth. Feed is offered twice in a day.

Drinking Water Program:

Water is the most important nutrient that is necessary for life. At farms we ensure that good-quality water must be available to the birds at all times. Only in special cases (e.g., prior to vaccine delivery through the drinking water), drinking water be restricted, and then only for a short time and under careful monitoring.
Water and feed consumption are directly related. When birds drink less water, they consume less feed, and production quickly declines accordingly. As a general rule, healthy adult birds will consume twice water as compared to feed, although the ratio increases during periods of warm weather. The installation and use of water meters in each house or barn is recommended to monitor the flock's water intake on a daily basis. Such daily water-intake records can be used as a warning of problems in the flock. The water is analyzed regularly to check ph, TDS and bacterial count. The water lines and tank washed on regular basis for proper cleaning.

Egg Collection Program:

At all units Niagara Egg Collection System combines, with successful synthesis, collection speed, heavy duty, reliability reduced power consumption, reduced and easy maintenance and most of all a soft handling of the eggs essential characteristic to minimize eggs micro crack. Each transfer and each movement has been studied with care and experience.

Microbial Testing:

Although contract is signed about complete flock health monitoring profile with University Diagnostic Lab (UDL) ISO 17025:2005 accredited lab by PNAC University Of Veterinary And Animal Sciences Out Fall Road Lahore, eggs could be delivered to the lab by maintaining cold chain to check the presence of any viral or bacterial contamination. After receiving the satisfying results, the eggs are transferred to the local market or exported.
